so this week i got my period

yeah , i feel terrible with it.

so why i update today with title

"PERIOD'' ?

because i will give u guys ways 

and also apps that can help you

with your period.

so let's get start!

1.DON'T EAT CHOCOLATE AND DRINK COFFEE!

what i means is dont not eat chocolate or  something that 

contains caffeine. 

when you on your period NOT before 

your period.

BECAUSE it will give

you a bad period pain . 

I know all the girls in this world HATE

period pain.❌

2.PERIOD TRACKER : PMS & OVULATION CALENDER

When i get my first period.

i really don't know how

to setup my first and last period's date

so it really important so you can know

when your next period gonna come .

3.DONT BE PANIC WHEN UR PERIOD ARE LATE

I tell you, do not panic if your period comes

 too late whereas I panic a few days ago.

hahahaha. if ur period come late from your date

dont be too panic😱. because it will just

make ur period come more late .

There are many reason why our period comes late

It can be stress, less weight or gain weight, 

fasting (FOR MUSLIMS), sickness ,

hormones or something else.

just calms and wait until its comes.

4. CHANGE YOUR PAD TWICE A DAY

 It really important because some of woman

are lazy to change their pad.

If you change late your pad

bacteria will spread and it will

be dangerous for your body.😧

if you blood come out

too many. change your pad three time a day.

if you are not change , when there

are too many blood. It will cause  a leak 

on your pad. And you feel 

embrassed when the blood look in your pants.

5.SHOWER MORE

Period can spread a smelly smell.👃🙅

I pretty sure that you gonna hate that smell.

So if you don't want people go away from you.

just take shower more.

p/s: also recommed u guys to use perfume at your

privacy part.👌

5 WAYS TO GET A GREAT GRADE !

What A hot day! few..

So, i'm gonna tell u guys some ways to

get a great grade!

So let's get start

1.ALWAYS STUDY SUBJECT THAT 

BECOME YOUR WEAKNESS

Student always find a excuse to not STUDY! 

WHY? because study to they are not a fun things.

Most of student always likes to study their favorite subject

but . what about the most their weakness 

subject? this makes you get a great grade with ur fav subject meanwhile

another subject that u not good enough get a bad grade 😱 you have to maintain your grade so

u will feel happpy ! 

2.PUT AWAY YOUR GADGETS!

If u put ur gadgets just near your study table or place

its will disrupt your focus to study! sounds hard right? 

most students was really addicted with

gadgets makes them feel can't life

without gadgets!📱 Just set a time as a rest for u

after study likes 10 minutes or set your handphone

as ur gift after study hard.

3. GET A PUNISHMENT

Sounds Weird? I means is makes a punishment

to yourself if ur are not study or become lazy to study!

If u cannot. Just tell your siblings or your parents

to punish you . Exp: Can't play ur gadgets for a day or kena rotan with your

 parents. If u do this, you might always do a study . lol😂😂

4. STUDY GROUP

Hey! if u can't study alone. Just invite your friends

to do a study group! Benefit? Nah you will get more

information from your friends! 👌 also, you can ask your

friends if you can't understand some question . But! Do not make a huge study groups 

likes 8-9 in that groups. Why? because you will

just talking not studying.

5. HAVE A SLEEP

Most students really to likes study at night. 

Yeay , if you are study hard u will get a better grade

But do you know if not sleep , you will

less focus at your school and its make ur grade down! 😞

It will be more great if u sleep 7-8 hours .

Maybe because i have many ideas😛

So! people nowdays always easily get bored

Why?😐 because has nothing to do

I gonna give u things that u can do when u bored

1.GO OUTSIDE🚶

 Go search a new friends and feell the sun 🌞LOLOLOL😂

2.EXCERCISE🏃

Most of people hate its because its make people tired BUT u can be more healthy and also have a nice body👌

3.SINGING🎤🎶

I really like do this things because its really release tension . i don't care if my voice not really good 😂like others . but make sure u singing in a silent place (WHICH IS NOT MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE ITS CAN DISTURB PEOPLE YOU KNOW).

4.WATCH YOUTUBE💻

I really obses with youtube until its become my habits

to watch its twice a day . go search something fun . exp: watch gaming or how to do videos!

5. EAT🍟🍕🍔

HAAHAH. Most of people really get into this . Who can't life

without food right? but don't eat too much because it will make u

become fat .

3 months later, Bong-Hee is assigned to work in Ji-Wook’s office. She works hard there. During this time, she runs into Hee-Joon and tells him to take his things from her apartment. Later that night, Bong-Hee goes to a nearby convenience store and when she returns to her apartment, she finds Hee-Joon stabbed to death. Bong-Hee is arrested for his murder and Ji-Wook becomes the prosecutor in her murder case. Even through heavy pressure from Hee-Joon's father (who is the chief of the district prosecutor's office), Ji-Wook finds evidences to proves Bong-Hee's innocence and sets her free. Due to this incident, Ji-Wook quits his job as a prosecutor and becomes a lawyer. Bong-Hee attempts to find the person who murdered her ex-boyfriend.

2 years later, Bong-Hee and Ji-Wook meet again, but on opposing sides. Bong-Hee is representing the plaintiff and Ji-Wook is representing the defendant in a court case.
